We are pleased to inform that Kinga M. Weiss and Oliver M. Kunz have been promoted to partners of our firm as of 1 January 2016.
Kinga M. Weiss is co-chair of the Private Clients team. She is primarily responsible for domestic and foreign private clients. She advises both private and corporate clients in matters of inheritance law, including property law, relating to estate planning and settlement. International cases account for the bulk of her work. However, she also supports clients with relocation, asset structuring, trust and endowment matters and tax matters. She offers advisory and procedural assistance.
Oliver M. Kunz is specialized in litigation in civil and criminal matters. He provides advice to parties in domestic and international commercial disputes, and represents them in trial and appellate proceedings as well as in enforcement proceedings and in international legal assistance matters. In addition, he represents accused and injured parties in white-collar crime and fraud cases, in particular in relation to asset recovery. Finally, he assists clients in relation to internal investigations. He regularly publishes in his areas of practice.
In addition, Marco Stacher has been promoted to Counsel, and Antonio Carbonara has been promoted to Managing Associate. Both promotions are effective as of 1 January 2016.
Marco Stacher advises in dispute resolutions and represents parties in international arbitrations, before state courts and in enforcement and legal assistance matters.
Antonio Carbonara represents clients in domestic and international proceedings, including obtaining and defending against interim measures and injunctions. He further advises and represents clients in complex insolvency related matters and disputes.
