The legal team in Geneva:
Philippe Pulfer heads the Geneva Private Clients practice. He specialises in wealth structuring and estate planning with an international focus. He also acts in complex, often multi-jurisdictional, succession and trust disputes. With more than 15 years of experience in his field, both in Geneva and London, he has developed a reputation as a leading expert advising individuals and families, trustees, banks, and lawyers from other jurisdictions, in particular UK solicitors. His combined practice in estate planning and litigation enables him to offer effective advice to private clients and trustees who are involved in disputes and/or potential disputes. He also advises charities and charity donors in all areas of philanthropy.
Patrick W. Vogel specializes in domestic and international corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, private equity transactions and corporate matters. With a background that spans economics and business as well as law, he began his career by working for several years as an associate in the busy corporate finance departments of two pre-eminent US law firms in New York.
Olivier Sigg provides advice to international high-net-worth individuals on estate planning, asset protection, relocation and philanthropy (in particular, advice to international charities).
Hubertus Hillerström is specialised in national and international financings and mergers & acquisitions, including private equity and venture capital as well as structured finance transactions.
Adriano Antonietti advises domestic and foreign banking and financial institutions, as well as collective investment schemes, private placements and asset managers on a wide range of matters, in particular regulatory issues, the drafting of banking contracts and certain tax related matters (FATCA).
Azadeh Djalili’s main area of practice is litigation, primarily complex cases of fraud, attachment of assets and enforcement of foreign judgements. She also deals with private banking matters and succession disputes, and is experienced in succession law and the relocation of high-net-worth individuals.
Laura Luongo’s expertise includes succession, family, immigration and employment law. She regularly advises international high-net-worth individuals on asset holding structures, estate planning, relocation and philanthropy.
The legal team in Lausanne:
Nicolas Iynedjian heads the team in Lausanne. An expert in real estate law, he also advises Swiss and international clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. A significant portion of his work is in connection with real estate and includes acquisition, lease, loan, security interest, regulatory and zoning matters, as well as dispute resolution. He also regularly advises Swiss and foreign companies on corporate issues, shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions, plus banking and financing matters.
Alexandre Both is focusing on M&A and finance transactions. His M&A experience includes private and public transactions, with a focus on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, mergers, private equity, asset and liability transfers and spinoffs.
Mathieu Blanc specializes in domestic and international corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters.
Alexandra Brenner’s practice focuses on advising and representing clients before courts in all areas of law. Her preferred areas of practice include family, commercial and contractual law with focus on employment law.
Benoît Fischer’s practice focuses on advising and representing clients before courts in all areas of law. He advises in both contentious and non-contentious matters. His preferred areas of practice include criminal and contractual law, with focus on employment and tenancy law.
