The independent private investment company Ardian has won the bidding for the Germany based lighting maker SLV. Ardian entered into an agreement with Cinven to acquire SLV. The completion of the transaction is subject to approval of the applicable anti-trust authorities.
SLV has experienced significant growth over the past decades and became a leading provider of lighting fixtures for residential and commercial space. With the support of Ardian, SLV intends to continuously innovate its diversified product portfolio and further develop its international footprint.
