Partners Terence Quek and Jasselyn Seet from Rajah & Tann Singapore acted for GoTyme Financial Pte. Ltd. and Tyme Group Pte. Ltd. in the acquisition of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Uploan Asia Pte. Ltd. ("Uploan Asia") and all outstanding options issued by Uploan Asia. Uploan Asia, and its subsidiaries, operates SAVii, which is a popular salary loan provider in the Philippines.
