Andrii Pidhainyi has more than 25 years of experience in the legal field. From 1997 through 2005, Andrii headed the Legal Department of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. In 2005 he left the civil service and became a co-founder and managing partner of AGRECA.
Andrii Pidhainyi is a seasoned lawyer in the field of transactions with the public sector. He also specializes in government relations (GR) focused on representing business interests in regulatory matters. Andrii's industrial expertise covers transport infrastructure. Andrii Pidhainyi has extensive experience in implementing sectoral reforms and policies. He was involved in drafting and supporting the Law of Ukraine "On Seaports of Ukraine" and provided legal support to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine in the port reform implementation.
Maryna Sharapa has over 25 years of experience. In 1999, she headed the disputes and claims sector in the Legal Department of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. In that position, Maryna handled and supervised court proceedings involving the SPFU and its regional bodies in all national courts.
In 2005, Maryna Sharapa became a co-founding partner of AGRECA. Maryna specializes in supporting PPP/concession projects, privatization agreements and leases. As a sectoral expert, Maryna Sharapa was involved in drafting the Law "On Railway Transport", laws on simplification of procedures related to the construction of hydraulic infrastructure facilities, and numerous bylaws in the port sector.
