Alston & Bird has further strengthened its Investment Funds Group with the addition of investment funds partner Sam Roh in the firm’s New York office.


The addition of Sam from Kirkland & Ellis follows the recent hire of Heather Wyckoff from Schulte Roth & Zabel to the firm’s Investment Funds Group.

Sam focuses his practice on structuring, forming, and marketing private investment funds, including venture capital funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, hybrid funds, and funds of funds, and advising clients on operational needs. He also represents fund managers on managed accounts, revenue-sharing agreements, and upper-tier and management company arrangements.
