Anli Partners has hired Li Ying, an expert in cross-border M&A, as a partner in its Beijing office.
Li’s practice areas include cross-border M&A, private equity, and investment and finance. He has advised a number of domestic and multinational enterprises on deals with complex structures.
Anli’s managing partner Wang Qingyou commented in a statement: “The joining of Li matches the strategy of Anli’s future development, and it will build a stronger foundation to strengthen the integration, professionalism and internationalization of our firm.”
