After a multi-national training and education in Germany, France, and the United Kingdom, Ariane practiced for over five years at the Luxembourg office of a magic circle firm and two years at a highly respected independent Benelux firm before joining Hogan Lovells at the Luxembourg office opening in 2013.
Admitted to both the German Bar and the Luxembourg Bar, Ariane's practice ranges from loan finance and capital markets transactions of various types to advice on related regulatory matters and on collateral law, restructuring, and insolvency law aspects. You can see her most recent highlights here.
