Earlier, the client applied for the registration of its TM in Ukraine and was refused due to the presence of another already registered similar trademark. The client applied to Arzinger, after which our lawyers wrote a response to the previous refusal and convinced the Ukrainian Patent Office of the possibility of registering the client's TM.
