Santander Asset Management, together with Grupo Patio, launched a residential income investment fund, having raised UF 3.1 million (around US$123 million) for investment in assets.
The Santander Rentas Residenciales Investment Fund will invest in real estate located in Chile, with a focus on residential real estate income.
