IBA Seoul 2019
The dynamic capital city of South Korea, Seoul, will be hosting this year’s “largest and most prestigious event for international lawyers”. IBA’s 2019 Annual Conference will be held on 22-27 September and will feature more than 200 conference sessions covering a wide range of topics, including the challenges of law firm management and international relationships, ethics, the future of the legal profession, and the rule of law and human rights. Through a series of showcase sessions, the role of the legal profession in society will be highlighted by some of the leading thinkers in law.
Our Senior and Managing Partner, Mr Stavros Pavlou will be attending the conference, along with Partner-Head of Litigation Mr Chrysostomos Nicolaou. The conference provides an opportunity to learn from the world’s leading practitioners and to take part on the debate on the future of law.
4th English-Cypriot Law Day 2019
Barristers and legal practitioners will discuss the latest commercial and criminal law developments in an Anglo-Cypriot context, including focus on the impact of Brexit on the two countries and developments in the ever expanding field of sanctions law.
Once more, Mr Stavros Pavlou will be speaking at the English-Cypriot Law Day to discuss the Enforcement of UK judgments in Cyprus and internationally post-Brexit.
Kyiv Arbitration Days: Think Big
Partner in the Dispute Resolution department, Eleana Christofi and Senior Associate, Andria Antoniou will be attending the global event on international arbitration on 13th September 2019 in Kiev, Ukraine.

Ukrainian Business Forum 2019
Everything businessmen need to know about taxes, law, finance and investing! The Ukrainian Business Forum will be held on 24th September 2019 in Kiev and it will feature discussions on the legal, financial and investment trends, uniting more than 300 delegates, top managers, attorneys, bankers and immigration experts.
Our Partner in the Corporate Finance department, Stella Strati, will be joining the panel to discuss the Cyprus International Trust as a useful tool for wealth management and asset protection. Senior Associate Angelos Onisiforou will also be attending the networking forum.
