Guerrero Olivos participated in the investment of private investment fund Aurus Tecnología Fondo de Inversión Privado in Echopixel SpA (“Echopixel”) and its holding company Echopixel Inc. (the “Holding”).

Guerrero Olivos represented Echopixel and its Holding, which are companies from the technology industry that develop software platforms of interactive mixed reality to improve surgical images.

Our corporate team was in charge of the whole transaction which included several agreements such as credit agreements, IOUs, capital increases, share subscription agreements, power of attorney, promissory notes, warrants, payment receipts and severance, among others.
