Represented Banco Sabadell, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, in financing Bluemex Power 1, S.A. de C.V., a subsidiary of EDF Renewable Energy, for an amount up to USD$67 million for the construction, development, installation, equipment, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a photovoltaic project with a plate capacity of 90MW and an estimated annual production of 249,982 MWh, located in the Municipality of Empalme, State of Sonora, Mexico.

The transaction included as well a letter of credit loan for an amount up to MXN$41 million Pesos to finance the letters of credit to secure, among others, Bluemex's obligations under the power purchase agreement executed with CFE and its activities within the wholesale electric market.

The Security Documents included an irrevocable security trust, an equity pledge and a floating non-possessory pledge.
