Pampa Energía S.A. ("Pampa Energía") the leading, independent and integrated energy company in Argentina with participation in electricity and gas value chain, successfully completed the placement and issuance in the local market of fixed nominal annual 5.75% interest rate Class 22 corporate notes, for a nominal value equivalent to US$ 83,977,835, due October 4, 2028, denominated, subscribed, integrated and payable in Dollars, in Argentina, (the “Notes”). The Notes will amortize the principal in one single instalment on the due date.

Pampa Energía was advised by Salaverri, Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán; while (i) Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. acting as placement and settlement agent and; (ii) Banco Santander Argentina S.A.; Cocos Capital S.A.; Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A.U.; Banco Mariva S.A.; Banco Comafi S.A; Banco Patagonia S.A. and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, acting as placement agents (the “Transaction Agents”), were advised by Bruchou & Funes de Rioja.

The Notes were issued on October 4th, 2024, under the Non-Convertible Simple Notes and/or Negotiable Obligations Convertible into Shares Program for up to USD$ 1,400,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value) (the "Program").

The Notes have been admitted for listing in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. panel, and authorized for its negotiation in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. Additionally, they have been locally rated on September 27 by FIX SCR S.A. Agente de Calificación de Riesgo “AA+ (arg)” with stable outlook (perspectiva estable).
