Guerrero Olivos advised ByL SpA, a Chilean company that owns the Drimkip brand, dedicated to the manufacture of mattresses and other sleep products, in the sale of 100% of its shares to a Spanish company in the same industry. This transaction was framed within three years of negotiations with the Spanish team, where—among others—an intermediate agreement was reached, regulated by a shareholders' agreement, which ultimately resulted in the sale of the aforementioned 100%. Our M&A team was responsible for all advisory services, negotiations, and the production of closing documents.
