The Firm conducted a Collective Bargaining Project for Hydril Pressure Control, for which it analyzed the collective labor environment within the Company, in order to determine the best collective strategy that complied with the specific needs of the business, as well as with the 2019 Labor Reform, concluding with the successful negotiation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with the union.

 

The main objective of the Collective Bargaining Project was to achieve the successful negotiation of the CBA with the union, for which the Firm initiated by conducting a comprehensive analysis of the collective labor environment within Hydril Pressure Control, including labor dynamics, management-employee relations, as well as the union's perception and demands.

 

Based on this analysis, the Firm designed and determined the best collective strategy, including detailed planning on how to address union demands, when and how to present proposals, and how to achieve a mutually beneficial agreement.

 

The final phase of the project involved the Firm's support in the discussions with the union, achieving the successful negotiation of the CBA, procuring the specific needs of the Company and the changes introduced by the 2019 Labor Reform.
