Moncey Avocats assisted Hivest Capital Partners in the acquisition of Reunimer and Pecheries du Sud, two leading French fishing companies, from the founders.
On the occasion of this double primary LBO, Hivest Capital Partners, whose philosophy is to build French and international leaders, took over the management of both companies.
The Reunimer group is the seafood specialist on Reunion Island, and Pecheries du Sud its counterpart and partner in Madagascar. Their activities range from fishing to the sale and processing of seafood products.
