Paulo Leme performs in a wide range of contractual, financial and corporate issues and he has vast experience in operations involving infrastructure projects, capital markets, national and international financing, project finance, securitization, regulation of financial entities, investment funds and foreign investment.
Joyce Alves has vast experience in the representation of clients in investigations resulting from anticompetition practices and concentration acts in several segments of the economy. She has specific experience in the negotiation of complex agreements with authorities. Furthermore, she performs in the identification of risks and review of business practices, preparing and implementing corporate integrity programs and conduction of corporate investigations.
