Under the terms of this partnership, Ceetrus holds a minority stake of around 40% in the French real estate arm of the Maisons de Famille Group.

The Maisons de Famille Group, which remains fully independent in its care services dedicated to the elderly, now benefits from Nhood's expertise in the management of its real estate assets.

Ceetrus, impact real estate company owned by the Mulliez family, invests in retail real estate assets and mixed-use urban regeneration projects, with the aim of accelerating the transition of local areas. Ceetrus holds a portfolio of real estate assets worth over 9 billion euros and covering almost 20 million sq.m, including nearly 300 retail sites and 50 development projects in 11 countries. In connection with this partnership, Ceetrus is joined by Nhood, a group of experts who designs and implements innovative solutions to make its clients’ real estate assets profitable.
