Tipiak is a medium-sized agrifood group with a strong brand benefiting from an excellent reputation. It is organized in the "Dry" and "Cold" sectors, each comprising two business units operating on specific markets.

The acquisition of a controlling stake in Tipiak was completed in June, following clearance by the French competition authorities under the merger control procedure. The simplified tender offer opened on 11 July will close at the end of July. If the legal conditions are met at the end of the offer, Terrena will request the mandatory squeeze-out of the Tipiak shares, which will, as applicable, be carried out in September.
