Dentons has advised CPI Property Group (CPIPG) on its new five-year term €700 million revolving credit facility with ten international banks, including Banco Santander, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, Komerční Banka, Raiffeisen Bank AG, UniCredit and Bank of China. The new facility will replace CPIPG's existing €510 million revolving credit facility.
CPIPG is the leading owner of income-generating real estate in the Czech Republic, Berlin, and the Central and Eastern Europe region.
Over the last two years, Dentons has advised CPIPG on several high value deals, including multiple financing and capital markets transactions worth close to €4 billion, and real estate acquisitions in Poland with a combined value in excess of €800 million.
