Dentons Link Legal acted for and advised Aseem Infrastructure Finance Limited in relation to the financial assistance provided to an entity promoted by Hero Future Energies, a global renewable energy company and part of the illustrious Hero Group aggregating to approximately INR 637 Crores in connection with hybrid power project of capacity up to 126.4 MW grid connected project located in the state of Karnataka.
The DLL Team provided full transactional support to Aseem Infrastructure Finance Limited including drafting, negotiating, finalization and execution of the financing documents.
