Stefan Artner, DORDA partner and head of the real estate practice group, and
Marie-Luise Pugl, real estate lawyer at DORDA, advised DLH Real Estate Austria, a company of the family-run Zech Group, on the sale of logistics properties near
airport Vienna-Schwechat. The buyer is the German company Deka
Immobilien; the parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The two logistics properties "Gamma 1" and "Gamma 2" acquired by Deka
Immobilien are located on the Industrial Campus Vienna East, near
airport Vienna Schwechat. Once completed, the Industrial Campus Vienna
East will cover more than 120,000 sqm and will be the largest logistics
campus in Austria. The Gamma 1 and 2 distribution centres have a total
area of almost 33,000 sqm and are already fully leased.

DORDA also advised owner and project developer DLH Austria on the
sale of two further buildings on the logistics campus to Deka Immobilien
as part of a forward purchase. "Alpha 2" and "Gamma 3" are to be
completed by the middle of next year and will then have a rentable area
of over 41,000 sqm with 131 parking spaces. Hornbach Baumarkt AG, among
others, has already been confirmed as a tent.

"We have already been legal advisors to DLH Austria in the past
and are delighted that we have also supported the successful sale of
this project,"
says Stefan Artner, head of DORDA's award-winning real estate practice group. Marie-Luise Pugl and Stefan Artner were supported in the real estate transaction by associate Markus Buchleitner from the DORDA Real Estate Team.

DLH Real Estate Austria is part of Deutsche Logistik Holding. It
develops a wide range of flexible storage, industrial and production
facilities, which are provided at high-quality locations in Germany and
Austria. DLH Austria is part of the Real Estate division of the
family-run Zech Group with over 8,000 employees.
