The transaction was completed on July 29, 2022, and FiscalNote's Class A common stock and warrants began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on August 1, 2022 under the ticker symbols "NOTE" and "NOTE WS," respectively.
Duddell Street is a special purpose acquisition company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses and is sponsored by Hong Kong-based hedge fund Maso Capital.
