DWF advises Augusta Energy on finalisation of the sale of wind farms in Poland

The transaction concerned the sale of two wind farms with a total capacity of 50 MW. Both projects are currently under construction and are part of a 15-year power purchase agreement with T-Mobile Polska. The projects are expected to be commissioned in the second half of 2023.

DWF's comprehensive advice to Augusta Energy covered all stages of the transaction, including drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation and support during the closing phase of the transaction.

The project was supervised by Dr Karol Lasocki, Partner, Head of the Renewable Energy Department, and Dr Rafał Woźniak, Partner from the Corporate and M&A Department. Augusta Energy is a joint venture between KGAL, a German asset management company, and V-RIDIUM Power Group, a subsidiary of GreenVolt Energias Renováveis.
