A team of DWF Poland's attorneys, headed by Michał Szumbarski, attorney and counsel in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Department, secured a favorable procedural ruling for five debt investment funds (NS FIZ) managed by Ipopema TFI, bringing to an end court proceedings initiated against these funds by a financial institution. The case concerned the trading of debt portfolios and related obligations.
