A team of lawyers from the Corporate and M&A Practice has advised GP Capital on the sale of 100% of shares in General Property sp. z o.o. The purchaser is SPIE, a French sectoral investor and leader in multi-technical services in the energy and data transmission sectors.
General Property is a leading company on the Polish market in the technical real estate services sector. With around 500 employees, the company has been supporting property owners and managers in the technical management of their buildings for almost two decades, generating revenues of up to EUR 24 million in 2021.
For SPIE, the acquisition of General Property is a continuation of its chosen strategy in which it aims to become the first choice supplier in the TechFM industry in all European countries in which it operates.
