William Redl, BSc, LL.B., LL.M. (32) will practice in the antitrust practice group as an independent lawyer and substitute as of 11 May 2022. He started his career at E+H in 2015 as a student intern and focused on antitrust law throughout his time as an associate at E+H. His main areas of expertise are internal investigations in connection with antitrust infringements (including e-discovery), reviewing horizontal and vertical agreements, preparing and submitting leniency applications to the European Commission and national competition authorities, and advising in merger proceedings on a national and European level.
William Redl studied business law and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, where he was accepted into the High Potential Program for his academic success. He also studied at the University of Vermont in the US. During his studies, he completed several internships, including one at E+H.
