The litigation practice team of TGS Baltic rendered full spectrum legal assistance to AS DNB banka and its group companies during the insolvency proceedings of a debtor of AS DNB banka and in the related legal proceedings, resulting in partial settlement of the claims of AS DNB banka and a company of AS DNB banka group taking over the real properties pledged as the security for the issued loan over EUR 15 million in value.
The rendered legal assistance included representation of the bank and its group companies against the debtor, the debtor’s shareholders and representatives, the insolvency administrator, and other creditors of the debtor during the litigation proceedings. Within the framework of the legal assistance the bank and its group companies were provided support in taking over the pledged assets and on the issues of administration and management of the real properties.
