Mr. Aparicio has served as Secretary and Vice-Chair of the Latin American Regional Forum Committee since 2017.

Latin American Regional Forum
LARF embraces all countries in Latin America, including Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Spanish-speaking Caribbean. The group meets at all IBA Conferences and has been instrumental in giving a voice to the Latin American perspective during IBA’s relevant special sessions.
