Estudio Echecopar, member of Baker & McKenzie International, advised Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros S.A., as structurer, of an issuance of corporate bonds made by Ovosur S.A. for an aggregate principal amount of S/ 15'000,000.00 and acquired in its entirety by the “Fondo de inversión Credicorp Capital Deuda Soles”, managed by Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos. The Bonds are guaranteed by (i) a joint and several personal guarantee ; (ii) an asset guarantee trust; and, (iii) a cash flows administration trust.
