Estudio Echecopar, member firm of Baker Mckenzie International advised Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., as arranger, and Scotia Sociedad Agente de Bolsa S.A., as placement agent, in connection with the public offering of Banco Falabella's First Issuance of certificates of deposit - Series B for an aggregate principal amount of PEN 100 million under its Seventh Negotiable Certificates of Deposit Program up to a maximun amount of PEN 350MM. The proceeds will be used to finance the issuer's banking activities.
