Estudio Echecopar, member firm of Baker McKenzie International, acted as legal counsel to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., as arranger, in connection with the public offering of Banco Falabella Peru S.A.'s Second Issuance-Series G of Negotiable Certificates of Deposit under its Sixth Negotiable Certificates of Deposit Program, for an aggregate principal amount of PEN 45,540,000.00 (approximately USD 12.16 million).
