Our Firm was recognized with two awards: "Peru Firm of the Year" and "Career Development Latin America," due to outstanding effort in supporting the development of women in the profession and implementing programs to enable women to pursue long-term careers in the legal industry.
Our Inclusion & Diversity partner, Ines Baca, attended the gala ceremony, which returned as an in-person event at the Lotte Palace in New York on June 9. Speaking after the ceremony, she said: "We are very pleased with these awards that recognize our policies and initiatives to promote a work environment in which we all feel comfortable, safe and included. Our inclusive and diverse culture allows us to attract the best talent and provide quality service to our clients, promoting creativity and different points of view. We will continue working to contribute to an increasingly diverse and equitable legal profession."

On top of these accolades, two Baker McKenzie lawyers in North America were recognized as "Aviation Lawyer of the Year" and as "Trademark Lawyer of the Year".
