For several months already, fwp has advised Steinhoff Group with various sales processes handled in the course of the restructuring. The operating companies having been sold already, October 2018 now saw the sale of the minority shares of the Kika/Leiner real estate companies to SIGNA Group successfully completed.
The fwp team comprised fwp partners Markus Fellner and Paul Luiki, as well as the associates Pia-Alena Havel, Armin Sommerauer and Ferdinand Zumbusch.
