International law firm Gianni & Origoni welcomes Fabio Baglivo to its Rome office, its latest partner hire to its administrative law department, already one of the most numerous and consolidated teams in the panorama of full-service law firms in Italy. With Fabio, the firm also welcomes fellow professional, Marta Bartoletti.
Fabio has fifteen years of experience in the field of administrative law within prestigious Italian law firms. In particular, he has in-depth experience in administrative litigation, carrying out judicial review activities before the Regional Administrative Courts, the Council of State and the Court of Cassation in all areas of administrative law, with particular reference to the procedures for awarding public contracts, to public companies, state-owned concessions and procedures aimed at the disbursement of public grants in various economic sectors. His skill-set further enhances the department’s capacity to provide administrative consultancy for economic operators with a view to participating in public tenders and for public clients for the purpose of managing all stages of the tender procedures.
Fabio’s credentials also include a proven track record in work before the Court of Auditors in the context of administrative and accounting liability judgments.
A graduate in law from the University of Milan Bicocca in 2005, Fabio obtained a Masters in Law and Administrative Process in 2007. Member of the Bar since 2008, he is the author of numerous publications and is a frequent speaker at sector conferences in Italy.
