(OTC: HYREQ) in its Chapter 11 Section 363 sale of substantially all of its assets to Getaround (NYSE: GETR), the world's first connected carsharing marketplace. The transaction, which closed on May 16, 2023, will create the largest gig economy carsharing marketplace in the United States.
