Ritch Mueller represented Grupo Salud Auna México, in the offer to exchange Auna's 6.500% Senior Notes due 2025 for its newly issued 10.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2029 and in the negotiation and execution of a USD$550 million credit agreement, entered into among Auna and Grupo Salud Auna Mexico, as Borrowers, the Lenders party thereto, and Citibanamex as Administrative Agent, for the refinancing of Auna's indebtedness.
