The Viessmann Generations Group (‘Viessmann’), a leading family business, has acquired the Munich-based asset manager Do Investment. The seller was the Dornier family, which remains a client of the company. Alongside the acquisition, the company has been transformed from the legal form of a public limited company (AG) to a private limited company (GmbH). Further, Viessmann changed the company name to FGTC Investment (FGTC: ‘For generations to come’) to underline the concept of sustainability which is pursued by a focus on the reduction and storage of CO².
