Avance advises HiQ, an IT and tech consulting company, in the acquisition of the public business unit of Ambientia, a Finnish IT service company.
With close to 100 employees from Ambientia’s public unit joining, HiQ will grow its business up to total of 2,000 employees and strengthen its expertise in digital and technical transformation for the public sector.
The completion of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
