Hogan Lovells advised the Nordea Group on the transfer of managing capabilities to Aegon PTE

Hogan Lovells advised the Nordea Group (the largest financial group in Scandinavia) on transferring the managing capabilities from Nordea OFE to Aegon PTE. The transaction was finalised on 1st September 2017.

Through the merger of Nordea OFE and Aegon OFE (when taking into consideration the current number of members in both funds) this will become the fourth largest pension fund on the market in terms of membership and asset value.

The value of the transaction has not been released to the public.
