I      Anamika Singh – Anamika is part of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice and has experience in advising and representing clients on a range of matters before the High Courts, Supreme Court, National Company Law Tribunals, arbitrations, and other alternate dispute resolution forums. She has been recommended by Legal 500 in Banking & Finance, Restructuring & Insolvency and Dispute Resolution – Litigation. She is based out of Mumbai office of the Firm.

 

I      Naqeeb Ahmed Kazia – Naqeeb is part of the Firm’s TMT practice. He focuses on Technology Media Telecoms, Fintech and corporate laws. He regularly advises clients on outsourcing, licensing, crypto, AI, e-commerce, fintech and telecom space. One of his key areas of practice is privacy and data protection, and he has advised various multinational companies in this area of law. He is recognised as TMT Rising star of the year by The Legal500 India Awards 2024 and listed as a Rising Star for TMT in Legal500 Rankings. He is based out of Bengaluru office of the Firm.

 

I      Raghav Muthanna – Raghav is part of the Firm’s TMT practice group. Raghav has advised several leading players across different sectors, but more specifically in the financial services and fintech market. Raghav is well acquainted with the ever-evolving financial, business and legal landscape in India and has vast expertise in advising clients on technology and data, regulatory compliances and business structuring. Legal500 and IFLR1000 have recognised Raghav for his work in Fintech and Financial Services Regulatory. He is based out of the Bengaluru office of the Firm.

 

I      Rahul Tiwari – Rahul is part of the Firm’s Transactions team and has experience in advising clients on a range of matters across sectors, including entrepreneurs, private companies, listed companies, private equity and venture capital funds in relation to general corporate advisory, private equity, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.
