Ritch Mueller represented Citibank, Citibanamex, Scotiabank Inverlat and The Bank of Nova Scotia, in a USD$1,560 million unsecured senior financing to Infraestructura Marina del Golfo (IMG), to provide IMG with funds to repay existing indebtedness.
