Bomchil has advised Compañía General de Combustibles S.A. and Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi acted as counsel to the placement agents on the recent issuance of the company’s (i) 1.375% Notes Series 24 due in February 2024 (Obligaciones Negociables Clase 24) for an amount of US$53,955,852 denominated in U.S. Dollars and payable in Argentine Pesos at the prevailing exchange rate; and (ii) 3.25% Notes Series 25 due in February 2024 (Obligaciones Negociables Clase 25) for an amount of US$11,287,128, denominated and payable in U.S Dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.

The issuance date took place on February 25, 2022 under the company’s Frequent Issuer Program. The proceeds from the issuance of the Notes Series 24  will be used to: (i) finance the Issuer's development investment plan, including without limitation investment in drilling new wells, interventions and/or stimulation of existing wells and (ii) adaptation of surface facilities dedicated to the capture, treatment and transport of production in the areas located in the "El Huemul - Koluel Kaike" concession, in the province of Santa Cruz, while the proceeds from the issuance  of the Notes Series 25  will be used for working capital, investments and general corporate uses.

Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A.U. and Banco Santander Río S.A. acted as book-running managers and placement agents, while Allaria Ledesma & Cía. S.A., BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A, Facimex Valores S.A., Banco Hipotecario S.A.U., Banco de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco Mariva S.A., AR Partners S.A., TPCG Valores S.A.U., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U. and Max Capital S.A acted as placement agents.

The notes are listed in Bolsas y Mercados Buenos Aires S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
