New York, NY (March 7, 2018) – Partner Jaimee Nardiello of construction law firm Zetlin and De Chiara LP has been named a “Leading Lady” by The Mann Charitable Foundation. Leading Ladies honors women who have pushed boundaries in the apparel, real estate, and finance industries.


Ms. Nardiello is being honored for her exceptional work as an attorney in the building industry and her
leadership as president of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) New York.


In her law practice, Ms. Nardiello focuses on protecting the rights of design professionals, contractors, owners and other members of the industry in litigation – where she stands out as a woman in New
York’s male dominated construction industry. She has successfully defended clients against several
hundred million dollars in claims--winning dismissals, mitigating liability, and preserving reputations.


An accomplished author, the recently released Guide to Federal Government Construction Contracts,
published by The American Bar Association (ABA), includes Ms. Nardiello’s chapter on the complexities of architect-engineer (A-E) contracting. This spring, she’ll be featured in The Construction Lawyer, an ABA magazine, as co-author of “Key Considerations for the Use of Peer Reviews in Construction.”
