Paris, December 16, 2022, Jeantet advised Turenne Santé in its acquisition of a minority stake in the capital of Kephren, Kephren Publishing, Cassiopea Production & Broadcasting, Geriamed and Olimpe, companies dedicated to strategy consulting and communication in the healthcare sector.

The group welcomes Turenne Santé via its FPCI Capital Santé 2 as a minority shareholder, through the creation of an investment vehicle alongside the founder and manager, Dimitri Verza, and the management team. Turenne Santé is joining the group to provide it with the financial resources and support it needs to implement an ambitious development plan through both external and organic growth.

The transaction is completed by a senior debt that is partly repayable at maturity. It is provided by a banking pool led by Société Générale and comprising LCL, Caisse d’Epargne Ile-de-France and Crédit Agricole Ile de France.

Founded in 2008 by Dimitri Verza, the group has become the benchmark in strategic support and operational implementation of its clients’ solutions, with a leading position in the field of oncology and haematology.

For Turenne Santé, this investment is the eleventh operation of the FPCI Capital Santé 2. Raised in 2019, the FPCI Capital Santé 2, which is dedicated to growth capital and healthcare buyouts, is now more than 60% invested.
