Jiménez Peña announces the promotion of Jennifer Beauchamps Haché as partner and co-leader of the banking and finance and stock market areas.
She currently works as a senior associate of the firm and specializes in Project Structuring and Financing, Acquisitions and Mergers, Stock Market, Business and Corporate Law.
During her career within the firm, Jennifer has participated in financing through traditional banking or via the options provided by the stock market for the development of industrial, hotel and residential projects and in the energy sector. Similarly, she has vast experience in complex sales operations, restructuring and mergers of companies, mainly within the energy, telecommunications and fuel sectors.

Jennifer graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) where she also completed a Master's Degree in Business Law and Economic Legislation.
