His practice includes commercial litigation, white collar defense and investigations, and appellate and constitutional law. Before joining SouthBank Legal, Joe practiced at an Am Law 100 law firm and in the Chambers-ranked commercial litigation department of a leading New England law firm. A graduate of Yale Law School, Joe clerked for Judge José A. Cabranes on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
