Kinstellar’s Prague office has successfully acted as legal counsel to Czech investment group PORTIVA in connection with negotiating the framework agreement for the future acquisition of Astrid Offices, a new administrative centre under development in Prague’s Holešovice district.
At completion the administrative centre will consist of an office building with five above-ground and two below-ground floors and will offer more than 4,300 m2 of office space, a restaurant and dozens of parking spaces. There will also be several co-working spots available within the building. The Astrid Offices development is designed by the Bogle Architects studio and developed by the Austrian UBM group. The deal is valued at CZK 500,000,000 (approximately EUR 19.5 million).

The Kinstellar team was led by Jan Juroška (Partner) and included Klára Štěpánková (Partner), Adam Němec (Senior Associate), Rudolf Schichor (Senior Associate), and Martina Mazůrková (Associate).
