Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised on the issuance of the “Waynimóvil III” Financial Trust

After advising on the second series, Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as legal advisor on the issuance of the third series of the “Waynimóvil” financial trust for ARS 227,800,676, under the “Waynimóvil” Program that securitizes 100%-digital loans. The transaction took place on February 27, 2023, and included the issuance of trust debt securities Class A for a total amount of ARS 199,515,005, trust debt securities Class B for a total of ARS 22,224,456, and trust debt securities Class C for a total of ARS 6,061,215.

Waynicoin S.A. acted as settlor, administrator, and Collection Agent; BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A. as trustee, arranger, underwriter, and settlement and clearing agent; and Stonex Securities. S.A. as underwriter. Under the same structure as the previous issuance, the securitized assets of Waynimóvil III consist of 100%-digital loans granted by executing private instruments signed electronically.

The securities were authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission and are listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
